CMG Landscape Architecture
With adaptive re-use as a goal, we built out new corporate offices for this San Francisco-based landscape architecture firm.
We began by bead-blasting the interior envelope of their SOMA warehouse to return the concrete walls and floors to their basic state. Approached as a design/build process with Zack | de Vito Architecture, we inserted new modern elements into the raw shell to create the open and flexible office and meeting spaces they sought, and added a functioning kitchen for large office and employee gatherings.
Hot and cold rolled steel furniture and detailing, Glulam kitchen and furniture, Homasote (noise reduction and finish material for pin-up), exposed structural steel framing
Automated conference room audio/visual, lighting system
